Compared to protein bars, our cookies have a higher protein content (20 g), while most bars contain around 10–16 g. The texture is also softer — many bars tend to be quite hard — and the flavor, in our opinion, is better. Many protein bars contain sugar alcohols, which can give a sharp aftertaste and cause stomach discomfort. In addition, unlike many bars, our cookies contain minerals — magnesium, zinc, and iron.
When compared to regular cookies, the differences are similar: ours have a softer texture, more protein, and often more fiber and minerals. Regular cookies also tend to be quite small and not very filling.
